At the northern end of Chapel Street, where South Yarra meets the Yarra River and the Domain parklands, 671 Chapel Street takes one of the area's last great view corridors. Bates Smart designed the residences to hold that outlook all day, from the green eastern suburbs at first light to the city skyline at sunset.
This is an off-the-plan release, completing in early 2028. One, two and three-bedroom residences and half-floor penthouses sit above a full wellness floor, finished with stone benchtops, timber floors and Gaggenau kitchens, with landscaping by Jack Merlo woven through the building.
